Accessibility
Mapado is committed to making its public online sales sites accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.
This accessibility statement applies to all public online sales sites created using Mapado software.
Compliance Status
Public online sales sites created using Mapado software are partially compliant with the general accessibility improvement framework RGAA version 4.1.
The creation of public online sales sites using Mapado software partly depends on the configuration performed by the organization using the service (images, colors, textual elements). The compliance rate therefore depends on both the Mapado solution and the configuration done by the user organization.
This statement details the most favorable compliance status (where configuration does not penalize accessibility) as well as the least favorable compliance status (where configuration maximizes accessibility penalties).
Test Results
The internal compliance audit reveals that:
- When the organization using the service configures in compliance with RGAA, 82.9% of RGAA criteria are met.
- When the organization using the service configures in a way that maximally penalizes RGAA compliance, 70.2% of RGAA criteria are met.
The details of non-compliance are listed below.
Inaccessible Content
Non-compliance
The following non-compliance issues related to Mapado software are listed below:
- [10.3] Disabling style sheets disrupts the understanding of information.
- [10.7] Focus visibility is not apparent for a set of interface elements.
- [12.1] The site offers only one navigation system.
- [12.7] There are no skip links.
- [12.8] The tabulation order has inconsistencies on the homepage.
- [12.9] Some elements are not accessible via tabulation.
- [12.11] The shopping cart summary is not keyboard accessible.
The following possible non-compliance issues resulting from configuration by organizations using Mapado for creating their public online sales site are listed below:
- [1.1] and [1.8] Information-bearing images may be used in locations intended for non-information-bearing images.
- [3.1], [3.2], and [3.3] The primary color choice may have insufficient contrast for certain interface elements and texts.
- [9.3] Lists contained in event descriptive texts may not be properly structured.
Exemptions for Disproportionate Burden
The seat map purchase feature, which can be bypassed via quick purchase and is comparable to a mapping service (intended to provide the location of purchased seats), presents a disproportionate burden for compliance. The seat number (indicating its location) is shown in the cart regardless of the purchase method.
Content Not Subject to Accessibility Requirements
